We will be posting links to websites relevant to various volunteer opportunities here, as well as important files such as the chair sign up forms.
Chair sign up forms may be filled out and emailed to [email protected], or printed, filled out manually, and handed in at the next meeting. Chairpeople are responsible for attending executive board meetings as well as general meetings, contacting volunteers and outside event coordinators, organizing the event, handing the event sign-ups to the secretary after the event, for taking pictures at the event if possible to give to yearbook, and for staying in touch with the president with any updated information.
The Event Sign-up Templates are for use by the selected chairpeople and executive board.
